Yes! We Look For That Too.

Think you don’t need a Quality of Workmanship Inspection?  in the, “We Look for That Too”, category scratches on solid surface counters are one of the things we try to find. This was going on while I was working in a home this last week.  This guy is standing on a solid surface countertop while working on the outlet over the range vent.  I don’t think he got it done, because they still cannot install the vent without losing access to the outlet.  Fortunately, he did not damage the counter, but that is not always the case, and we look for such damage as part of our inspection.
