The research a company or individual performs before engaging in a financial transaction such as the purchase of a house or commercial property which may include but may not be limited to a property condition assessment.  This may also include evaluation of items such as septic systems, wells, environmental studies, or other site assessments which may be non standard.  You should consult with a realtor, attorney, engineer, and/or other consultants to help assess your need for additional studies or evaluations based upon the property or site conditions.
