Load-bearing

A term applied to a column or wall that supports the load of something. An example is that a load bearing wall is one that supports the roof or structure above it.

Low Flush Toilet

A toilet that uses 1.6 gallons per flush (GPF) or less in accordance with federal plumbing standards. High efficiency toilets that use up to 1.28 GPF.  Older toilets may use 3.5, 5, or even up to 7 gallons of water with every flush.

LPS-3 coat rust preventative

A trade name of a corrosion preventative liquid that can be applied to a metallic component to prevent corrosion.
